Our focus at The Law Offices of Nora Staum is exclusively on Social Security Disability Law. We help physically disabled and mentally disabled individuals in Florida obtain Social Security Disability benefits, as well as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. If you are suffering from a physical impairment or mental impairment that prevents you from holding down a job and the condition is medically diagnosed and expected to last for 12 consecutive months or more, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability Benefits. • The third level, or the hearing, is where we represent clients before the Social Security Administration in an administrative hearing. We rarely have to take disability claims to federal court but are inclined to do so, on behalf of highly meritorious cases.
